The Monrovia Providers Group consists of community agencies working as a team to deal with senior citizen issues within the city of Monrovia, California.

We usually meet at the Monrovia Community Center every first Thursday of the month. Meetings usually begin at 8:00am for networking while the meeting proper starts at 8:30 and end around 10:00. If you are interested in paving the way for a brighter Monrovia for the elderly in Monrovia, CA, please come and join us. Together we can make a whole lot of difference for the vulnerable Monrovians.

Dear MPG Members, and those who ‘almost are’,

Well, as the weather has significantly cooled this weekend, I hope you have had some time off to enjoy your summer! We are bringing in the Fall with our next meeting on September 2nd, this upcoming Thursday which will ‘hit the ground running.’ It is our last meeting before we have our Annual “Putting the Gold Back…” training for our local seniors on 10/7. If you want to be represented in this annual event, you need to help us put it together and plan a successful outreach and training. We will also gather to learn what was shared in the questionnaires to our membership that Gloria Crudgington and her Team put together.

Robert has also lined up a Guest Speaker: April Kelcy, CEO & Consultant of Earthquake Solutions, to give us tips on disaster preparedness, particularly in relation to earthquakes.
